After its earlier schedule was postponed, Neuralink, Elon Musk's neurotechnology company that creates implantable brain-machine interfaces, is finally set to hold its "Show and Tell" event on November 30.

The official Twitter account of Neuralink tweeted on Friday a brief video invitation asking people to join them in its "Show and Tell" event. The tweet also came with the caption, "Nov 30, 6 pm PT," which is presumably the date of the event.

In April, Musk shared that Neuralink's first human trials were still set for the end of 2022. In August Musk announced Neuralink's "Show and Tell" event planned for October, but given the tech billionaire's acquisition of Twitter at around that time, the event was pushed to the end of November.

Nothing about the event was shared in the tweet but industry watchers and Twitter users speculate that it has something to do with the launch of the company's first-ever product. The video invitation shows the text being typed and many think it was an actual working Neuralink device or some kind of brain-machine typing interface the team has successfully developed.

Tesla, another company run by Musk, adopted a similar strategy in September when it was teasing its AI Day 2022 event. The Tesla AI Day invitation video showed the hands of Optimus, Tesla's humanoid robot, making the heart sign.

During the event, Musk spearheaded the presentation of a working and functioning Tesla Bot. Many think the same might happen at the "Show and Tell" event. However, in the absence of an official information, at this point, these are all speculations.

Musk co-founded Neuralink in 2016, which primarily aims to implant wireless brain chips into humans to help cure neurological conditions like spinal cord injuries, dementia and even Alzheimer's Disease and eventually integrate humans with artificial intelligence. The tech billionaire's radical vision was questioned by scientists and other groups even before the company had introduced any product.

In 2019, Musk shared in a presentation that Neuralink was eyeing to get regulatory approval for implanting its wireless brain chips in humans. So far, the company has yet to show a product or get a license for human trials.

In a blog post following the presentation, Neuralink said, "our first goal is to give people with paralysis their digital freedom back, to communicate more easily via text, follow their curiosity on the web, to express their creativity through photography and art, and, yes, to play video games."

If Neuralink has achieved this goal is still unknown but hopefully, we would know more at the "Show and Tell" event.
